A software company that kept being asked for clinic software
CareZenix is built by Vikalp Development Pvt. Ltd., a software company registered in 2011 and working out of Sector 62, Noida. We are not a startup that arrived with healthcare - we have been building and running software for other people's businesses for over a decade, and CareZenix came out of that.
The reason it exists is narrow and specific. Clinic software in India tends to arrive in one of two shapes: a hospital system with wards, pharmacies and laboratories that a four-doctor practice will never open, or a listing site that takes your patients and rents them back to you. Neither fits a clinic that simply wants its appointments, records, prescriptions and billing in one place, under its own name.
So that is what this is. An outpatient system, priced for a practice rather than a hospital, carrying your branding instead of ours. What we have not built - inpatient wards, a laboratory module, a pharmacy - we say so, on the features page, rather than letting you find out after you have paid.
