4. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, logos, and content provided by CareZenix are the exclusive property of CareZenix. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your healthcare operations.
5. Data Privacy & Ownership
While CareZenix hosts your data, the ownership of patient medical records remains with the healthcare provider or the patient as per local laws. We process this data solely to provide our services and ensure system stability.
6. Limitation of Liability
CareZenix is a tool to assist healthcare management. We are not responsible for medical decisions made by doctors or staff. In no event shall CareZenix be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, CareZenix does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or participate in illegal activities. Users may terminate their subscription according to their specific contract terms.
9. Changes to Terms
CareZenix may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or platform notifications.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
